We are committed to working with the hard to reach members of our community and creating pathways that might not otherwise be available to them.

provide resources to remove the barriers our clients are experiencing that limit their community engagement, work experience and learning/training
provide training and learning opportunities
provide work-experience in our events, as well as through local businesses and organisations in their community
gift tools, equipment or clothing for work experience
provide resources to help get clients to get to their training and work experience opportunities
fund our in-house projects
offer individualised support programs for clients who are not eligible for other funding. This removes a significant barrier, opening up opportunities that might not be available to them.
provide counselling and support
teach social and life skills
facilitate job-readiness or learning readiness work - such as coaching for employment or other needs
create end to end support for clients who are disengaged, disenfranchised and have complex needs to gain employment or re-engage with learning and education
